Dom helps men who are driven to increase their strength and fitness with a focus on performance. Using a variety of Crossfit, functional fitness and other methodologies, his expertise is helping men get amazing results without spending hours in the gym.

Meg works with women who are looking to get back to fitness after life, families and careers have taken priority. Taking a holistic approach using weight training as well as cardio conditioning, working to set realistic nutrition goals while programming to work with women’s cycles.

I love helping women build their confidence with fitness. So often we prioritise everything and everybody else and somewhere along the line our own needs get forgotten.

I want to help you change that.

I want to help you find you again; regain some much needed ‘me-time’, build your body and life confidence and show you how strong you can be.

I work with you to understand your goals, needs and constraints.

I then create a fitness programme that works for you, that you’ll find motivating and challenging and most importantly pushes you towards your goals.

We’ll work together to make sustainable lifestyle changes as needed and I’ll be your cheerleader throughout the journey, wether it’s months or years that we work together.

WHAT I DO?

WHY ME?

Because I’ve been there! Being a mum and having a career took priority and I woke up one day and realised I was in the worst shape of my life!

And doing something about it was really hard. I don’t want it to be that hard for you…

I also know how it feels to be constantly hearing about the menopause (and much as I don’t want to admit it knowing that it’s probably not a million years off) and how strength training and building strong muscles and bones helps you deal with it but not necessarily knowing exactly what this strength training and muscle building looks like?

PERSONAL TRAINING WITH DOM

I don’t take myself or life too seriously. I’m always up for a laugh and a joke and that comes across in how I coach. Your goals are still the priority and I will deliver the results but if you’re not having fun along the way what’s the point. Ain’t no one got time for a boring coach (was gonna add the yawn emoji, let’s see if Meg does when she spell checks for me)

I truly love my job and one of the best things about it is seeing someone do something they once thought was impossible.

Whether that’s helping someone get their first bar muscle up, PR their deadlift or move through a full range of motion pain free, its watching them succeed and having played a part in that which gives me the biggest feeling of satisfaction.

Oh and it’s pretty cool getting to come to work in your PE kit every day.

WHAT I DO?

I predominantly work with men who want to focus on performance. That can mean many different things to different people . For some it’s improving their gymnastics and olympic weightlifting so they can excel in functional fitness or Crossfit competitions. For others it helping them train for an event like a Hyrox or Tough Mudder. For some it’s being fit and strong enough so they’re prepared for whatever life has in store for them.

I do this through a mix of bespoke programme design and lifestyle coaching delivered to you in an engaging and light hearted way.

WHY ME?

Because I care!

Up until 2015 I had a well paid career working in the construction industry. From the outside everything seemed to be perfect. My path in life was set. But deep down I knew something wasn’t quite right. I wanted something different. I wanted to have more impact and lead a more fulfilling life.

I qualified as a personal trainer in the summer of 2015 and immediately left my well paid job and began my new career as a personal trainer and it was the best decision I ever made. Not only has it changed my life as I found my true passion but it’s also allowed me to be fortunate enough to work with 100’s of amazing people and have a positive impact on their lives.

I know what it’s like to lead a busy life but still want to make time to perform at your best and thats something I’m truly passionate about helping people achieve.

PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGES

  • ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING

    Online packages include up to 6/days per week personalised exercise programming, weekly or monthly checks-ins, nutrition guidance, video reviews.

    Prices start from £75/month

  • FACE TO FACE PERSONAL TRAINING

    In person training includes bespoke programming designed for you. Programming is provided for the in-person sessions as well as any other exercise or rehab sessions you’ll do each week. Packages run from 4-12 60 minute sessions/month. Also included is full nutrition and lifestyle support as well as message support throughout the month.

    Also included in all face to face personal training packages is a free Open Gym membership with Cyon Fitness (worth £49), located just outside Wetherby and Boston Spa, so you can do all your sessions in the same place.

    Prices start from £200/month

OUR FACILITIES

Our 2,200 sq ft gym located between Wetherby and Boston Spa is well equipped for personal training as well as rehab. We have a range of Concept 2 machines, assault bike, custom rig with 15 ft ropes, squat stations and rings as well as olympic bars & bumper plates, kettlebells, dumbbells and boxes.

We also have multiple gym dogs for extra motivational licks (fully optional) when needed!
