The answer is NO!!!!
Our small group coached classes are accessible for all levels and abilities and we’re able to tailor each session to the individual. The more you come and the more we get to know you the more we can personalise each session just for you.
At Cyon Fitness you get the personalisation of small group personal training but with the added community element that everyone’s doing a similar workout to you so you can support one another as well as push each other that little bit harder.
Our classes are not random boot camp or circuit classes; they follow structured progressions guaranteed to get you fitter and stronger.
We have over 30 classes each week including speciality weightlifting, gymnastic and engine classes taught by passionate and experienced coaches who put you first.
